Returns
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days (a “working day” being Monday to Friday not including bank or public holidays) beginning after payment or before sending your order.
If you encounter problems such as: defective products, unsuitable small or large size, then be sure to contact us as fast as possible to solve your problem. You must notify us immediately in writing within 14 working days from the day after the order was delivered.
Dear Customers, we inform you that when requesting a refund in case of refusal of the purchase, the refund is made exclusively to the same bank card from which the payment was made.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Return shipping and any return duties are the responsibility of the customer. Payment for delivery is non-refundable.
The items cannot be returned or exchanged: for hygiene reasons, the lower parts of personal underwear (e.g. panties), hosiery, we cannot accept returns on sale items and gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We do not offer exchanges, please place a new order and return unwanted items.

Once your return is approved, your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment and you will receive a confirmation email. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
